I had to re-install my computers back to factory settings meaning that I was also required to re-install at my software. However, your address manager software has error with a location setup error number 3343 Text unrecognized data base format I really need to reinstall this software and copy my backup files to the database. I have too much information on the database to lose.

Her computer is 64-bit. I had to start a command prompt as an administrator in order to register crviewer.dll properly. I also downloaded the installation program to her desktop and ran that as an administrator. this resolved her issues.
