After carefully following the steps to put together my tournament, I then proceed to manually put in the times since they fall at unique minutes of the day with a five minute break in between for players to travel. After putting in the correct times for each location and clicking on the "compute schedule" icon, the software says that I need to put in more times which just isn't true. I had previously scheduled an event with more teams and the same times and it was able to do it with a little tweaking. I am now trying to do the same set up with one less team and the software is saying it can't be done. WHAT'S THE DEAL?
ADDITIONALLY, I SEEM TO BE GETTING A LOT OF ERROR MESSAGES CROPPING UP THAT ENDS UP SHUTTING OFF THE SOFTWARE AND MAKING ME HAVE TO RESTART.

I found the problem. You have multiple grades with the same team names. The software thinks the same teams are playing in multiple events, so to avoid conflicts, it is spacing out the games so 'Mason' has enough time between games, etc. You need to add additional teams and specify the names- Mason-8 or something like that so the software doesn't think they're in multiple events.
