With many of the All-Pro Software packages you will receive a set of registration information (Customer Name and Password) that can be used to unlock the software. That info showed up on the online order confirmation, on an email and also on the receipt that accompanied the software. If you do not have that info, you will need to contact us to get it again.

Not all of our products have the registration name/password setup. Those software packages need to be unlocked by giving us the installation number of the software. To find it go into the Free Trial then into Help -> Registration and email us the installation number. We will send a password to put in that will unlock the software.
