Solution:

One of the system files was not registered properly during installation, has been removed or has become corrupt.

Usually you can resolve the problem by doing an uninstall of the software through the Control Panel and then reinstall the software. You will not lose any of your data by doing an uninstall and reinstall.

Or, you can follow the instructions below to register that component by hand.

Click Start, then Programs, then Accessories.
Right-click on the command prompt and choose run as administrator.
***If you have Windows XP, just double-click on Command Prompt to open it.

Type this command into the command prompt window and hit enter.

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\CRVIEWER.DLL
***If you are running Windows 7 64 bit, replace system32 with syswow64 in the above command***

You should get a message saying the file was registered successfully.

Try the software again.

If you receive a module failed to load error, verify the command you entered matches what is listed above.
