Stattrak Address Manager does not have the ability to export labels to a pdf file. The software only allows for exporting the reports (Address, Phone, Details, Custom and Birthday) to a PDF file.

The software has an export report function to export a report to a document (PDF , excel, rich text, word or text document).
Open the report you want to export.
Click the export report button (it looks like an envelope with an arrow pointing into it and is located on the far left side of the toolbar).
Choose the Format(adobe, excel, rich text or word) and then the Destination (Application will display the report in the associated application, Disk File will display a save as box where you can name the file and choose where to save it to).
Click OK and OK again if an export options box displays.



The only way to export labels to a PDF would be to use a PDF writer. A PDF writer is an application that mimics a printer option which converts the print stream to a PDF file. Check to see if you have a printer options for a writer, if you don't have one there are some free ones available.

A recommended PDF writer application is the free for personal use application called PDF995 writer. This free utility will create a new printer icon that when chosen as your printer will write the print stream to a pdf document.

You will need to download and install both the PDF995 Printer Driver and the Free Converter from this page or just click the links below to download.

Choose to run or save them, the file names are pdf995s.exe (Printer Driver) and Ps2pdf995.exe (Converter).

After installing these two downloads, a new Printer option (PDF995) will be available on your pc.

In your software, choose PDF995 as your printer and then try to print to it.
A box will come up asking you to create a name for the document and a location to save it to.
Name the document and pick a folder and click save.
PDF995 will pop up a couple of shareware boxes at this point.
Click the Continue using Sponsored version button and then close the other popup window.
Adobe will then display with your document in PDF format.
