Font Options Not Available

I am unable to change fonts or font colors. The pull down menus do not function. If I use the Edit menu and select FONT or FONT COLOR nothing happens. I have installed the patches and the problem still exists.

The Font options are only available to you when you are in a report or in the labels and envelopes area. You are not able to change the default fonts for the background of the software.
