Can not print an envelope
|
Any time I try to print envelopes I get a run time eror 482. I have re-loaded my sotfware but that did not help. I am trying to print on a HP Officejet 6500 wireless E709n. My Operating system is Windows 7.

Delete your old printer from your list of printers in Control Panel, then choose your new printer as the default printer.
Reboot your computer and then go into Address Manager. In Address Manager, open one of the reports to display the preview. Click on File then Printer Setup. Uncheck the No Printer box if it is checked, then select your printer from the dropdown list of printer (***even if it is the one displayed, hit the arrow on the dropdown and select your printer***), click OK. Then try to print again.
