Description:
I recently upgrading my old version of Tournament Scheduler to the latest version of the software and now I am receiving a Run Time Error 5 Invalid Procedure call or Argument when I try and go into the Schedule -> Game Times area on a new tournament.

I am not able to get past this issue, what can I do.

Solution:

We have seen this when some customers have attempted to install an old version of the software on a new computer running Windows Vista or 7 only to find out that the old software is not compatible with the new operating systems.

You then purchase the upgrade to the new version and run into problems. The install of the old version TS leaves some files in place that are not compatible with the new version of TS and are causing this error.

We have a tool available to go out and remove all the files that may be causing the issue.

Run the support file below then reinstall the newest version of Tournament Scheduler that you have purchased.
