Pixel Ruler Updated 9/19/2007
This is a small (32k) Free Pixel Ruler for developers. This allows you to measure screen objects with an
on-screen ruler in pixels. You can drag the ruler and change its orientation from
Vertical to Horizontal as well as set it to stay on top of all other windows (the default). The Pixel Ruler program
requires the Visual Basic 6 runtime files, which is included with Windows XP.
You may want to save the .exe file directly to your desktop.

If you are using MailEnable as your Email Server, you can use this MTA Pickup
event to stop the SoBig and MyDoom Viruses. Follow the instructions in the comments at
the beginning of the file.
