Description:
Customer receives error 25727 when he publishes his website.
Solution:
Website publishing problems can arise because of a couple of different reasons.

-You are running Windows XP or Vista and the built in Windows firewall restricts you from publishing or you have a firewall software installed on your pc which is blocking you. Check to see if you have an active windows firewall or software firewall and disable them while you publish.

-You are at a school, business or organization which has network and firewall restrictions which stop you from publishing. Contact your network administrator, we must have ports 20, 21 (FTP), 1964 and 10000- 11000 (http) open from the computer where you are publishing.

-Your hardware (router/firewall/modem) is blocking you. Log into your hardware device and check for firewall settings. You may need to disable this feature while publishing. You may also be able to allow ports and port ranges. We must have ports 20, 21 (FTP), 1964 and 10000- 11000 (http) open from the computer where you are publishing. Reference your hardware documentation on making any changes to the settings
