Description:
Gary purchased v3.0 of StatTrak K-ForCE today. Gary has tried entering his name and serial number several times and it's still not accepting it.
Solution:
Double check to make sure your name is entered exactly as it appears above the registration code. If both are correct, then try resetting the password by doing this:

Start K-ForCE, then tap Tools, Exit. You may need to create a new game first because it won’t let you exit if you are in a game.

Use File Manager to browse to the /my device/program files/k-force folder.

There should be 2 icons that say K-ForCE. One has the icon of the smiling baseball and the other has a standard file icon. Delete the standard file icon by tapping and holding the stylus on the file until a menu pops up. Choose the delete menu item and say yes to confirm.

Restart K-ForCE. The Serial number fields should all be blank.

Re-enter your password and try it again.
