Description:
Ed has a 52 team bracket. He wants to give it to Kinkos who can than make a large copy. He is not sure how this can be done.
Solution:
Instructions on setting up large format Tournament Printing using Kinko's Print Services

- Download and install the Kinkos File Prep tool from www.fedexkinkos.com.

- Open up the printers folder from Windows Control Panel.

- Right-click on the Kinko's File Prep Tool and select Printing Preferences.

- Click on Advanced.

- Choose Postscript Custom Page Size from the Paper Size setting and define a custom page size for the Kinko's driver. The maximum width for their printers is 36 inches. We suggest using the 36 inch width and specifying the height you want the chart to be. We recommend at least 72 inches if you have more than 64 teams. For 64 or fewer teams, 48 inches would be enough. Be sure to set the Paper Feed direction to be Short Edge First.

- Set the default page size for the Kinko's driver back to Letter if you want to use the Kinkos services for anything besides Tournament Scheduler.

- In Tournament Scheduler, go to the Chart Layout section and specify print to 1 page down and check the print loser bracket on a separate page (for double elimination only).

- Select the Kinko's driver in printer setup.

- Choose Postscript Custom Page Size as the paper size.

- Choose Portrait as the orientation.

- Print the tournament. The Kinkos File Prep tool will appear.

- Review the .kdf file preview to be sure it looks correct.

- Save the .kdf file.

- Send the .kdf file to kinkos as a custom print job.

- Specify 3 feet by 6 feet (or whatever dimensions you choose) in the custom instructions. Also specify preferred shipping method if you’re not picking it up.
