Scott is receiving the warning message in K-ForCE that his games will not be saved. It is not accepting his serial number. I verified his name and serial number were correct. | ||||||||||
Solution: | ||||||||||
Try resetting the Serial number with the following instructions: Start K-ForCE, then tap Tools, Exit. You may need to create a new game first because it won't let you exit if you are in a game. Use File Manager to browse to the /my device/program files/k-force folder. There should be 2 icons that say K-ForCE. One has the icon of the smiling baseball and the other has a standard file icon. Delete the standard file icon by tapping and holding the stylus on the file until a menu pops up. Choose the delete menu item and say yes to confirm. Restart K-ForCE. The Serial number fields should all be blank. Re-enter your password and try it again. |
