Description:

When I print labels, I can't get labels to print from the multipurpose printer tray.

Solution:

Go into the Printer Properties through the Control Panel and set the default printer tray to the multi purpose tray. Then try printing labels from the software again. Make sure to go back into Control Panel and set the default tray back to the normal tray afterwards.
