Problem installing v3.0 upgrade

Kevin just received the free upgrade to v3.0. When he tries to install it he receives the message - The file programs/program files/kforce.exe is in use or in ROM. He checked to make sure KFORCE was not running on his handheld. He has tried several times and always gets the same message.

Start K-ForCE, by going through the start, K-ForCE menu. Then use Tools, Exit. This will ensure that the program is not in memory. Then try installing again.
