I received the following error message today: Error 3343 has been encountered in LoadMailIt Details of this error: Error: 3343 Desc: Unrecognized database format 'C:\Users\Neal & Stephen\Documents\StatTrak Address Manager\Data\Images.mdb'. Location: LoadMailIt Module: frmMailIt Line Number: 430 I would be grateful for your assistance. I need to print address label as soon as possible and cannot do so because of this error message. Thank you!

Solution:

The images database was corrupted. To resolve this, do these steps exactly: 1) Delete the file /documents/stattrak address manager/data/images.mdb 2) Uninstall StatTrak Address Manager from the control panel 3) Restart the computer 4) Reinstall StatTrak address manager
